  1. How do I register at Inddus.com?

-    In order to register at Inddus.com, you may click on the Sign Up hyperlink at the top right corner of the Website and choose any of the following three options from the Sign Up Form that opens:

  1. Connect with Google+: Enter your Google account details here to register at Inddus.com via the same.
  2. Use the Create an Account Form: If you do not want to register using your Facebook or Google+ accounts, you may fill up the form below requiring only your name, e-mail address and account password. After the said form is filled up, click on the Create My Account button given below the form to register.
  1. I want to stay informed of offers and new collections. What should I do?

-    To stay informed of the latest offers and collections, you may submit your e-mail address in the ‘Sign up for our Newsletter’ box displayed at the bottom right corner of the Website. By doing this, you will start receiving updates regarding the same from Inddus.com via e-mail.

-    Alternatively, you may click on My Account at the top right corner of the Website and change your preferences regarding the same under the Newsletter Subscriptions tab.

  1. How do I modify my details?

-    You may modify your account details by logging in and clicking on the My Account hyperlink at the top right corner of the Website which will redirect you to your account at Inddus.com. Here, you may make necessary changes in your account from the Account Dashboard or click on various tabs visible below it namely, Address Book, Account Information, etc. and make changes therein.

  1. How can I add an item to the Wishlist?

-    A product can be added to your Wishlist in either of the following ways:

  1. Click on the Add to Wishlist option visible on the product thumbnail.
  2. Click on a particular product and select the Add to Wishlist option from the product page.

-    In order to make changes in your Wishlist, click on the My Account hyperlink on the top right corner of the Website visible after you login and make changes under the My Wishlist tab.

  1. I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?

-    In case you forget your password, click on the Login hyperlink on the top right corner of the Website. Click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link visible on the bottom right corner of the login form that opens. Enter your e-mail address in the form that opens next and you’ll be sent a password reset link to your e-mail. Click on the reset link received in the e-mail and change your password.

*   Shopping at Inddus.com

  1. I want to buy a product. How can I do the same?

-    Access the items displayed on our Website and find what you’re looking for. We recommend that you use the garment, size and colour filters; you can also order the items by price, from the lowest to the highest or the highest to the lowest.

-    If you know that you want to buy or have seen a garment before, you can use the search engine at the top of the webpage to find what you are looking for quickly.

-    Once you have your favourite items in your shopping cart, click on it to place your order. Do not wait too long, because much-in-demand items may go out of stock even though they are in your shopping cart.

-    Choose the address where you want your items to be sent. Next, choose a delivery and payment method and click on ‘Place Order’. As simple as that!

-    You do not have to be registered to shop at Inddus.com, however if you register you can save your details and speed up the process in your future purchases.

-    Check your e-mail, where you will receive a conformation e-mail with the details of your order. If you have any further queries, contact us!

  1. In which countries can I shop online?

-    You can shop at Inddus.com from any country in the world! We ship products worldwide.

  1. Are the items included in the shopping cart reserved automatically?

-    No, including a product in the shopping cart does not reserve it or guarantee its availability. Some much-in-demand items may go out of stock before you confirm your purchase despite being available when you added them to your shopping cart.

  1. What are the delivery methods and charges for the same?

-    The delivery methods offered by us are as follows:

  1. Store Pickup - This delivery method entails no charge.
  2. Courier - The charge for delivery of products via this method will be displayed at checkout as per the weight of the products and the location of delivery.

  1. I have a promotional or discount code. How do I use it for purchase?

-    When you arrive at the order summery, click on ‘Apply Coupon’. Enter the Coupon Code you want to from those displayed below, click on the Apply Coupon button and avail the discount.

  1. Can I apply more than one discount codes for a particular purchase?

-    Only one discount code may be used per purchase.

*   Order Tracking

  1.  Where is my order?

-    After we ship the products of your order, a tracking ID and other information will be sent to you regarding your package via e-mail. You may use the same to track your order.

*   Order Contents

  1. I have not received all the items in my order. What should I do?

-    In case of complaints regarding the contents of the order, e-mail us within 24 hours of the receipt of the product. Kindly retain all packaging materials and products until receipt of instructions of Inddus.com regarding the same.

  1. The items received are incorrect or are defective. What should I do?

-    In case of complaints, e-mail us within 24 hours of the receipt of the product. The return shipping for defective or incorrect products will be arranged and the cost of the same will be borne by us.

*   Exchange or Return

  1. How can I exchange or return an item purchased online?

-    In case of complaints, e-mail us within 24 hours of the receipt of the product. The return shipping for defective or incorrect products will be arranged and the cost of the same will be borne by us. However, if you don't like the product, then the shipping charges for the return of the product will be borne by you.

  1. What are the conditions for returning or exchanging a product?

-    When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that:

  1. Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.
  2. When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange or reimburse the returned products.
  1. When will I get my refund for a returned product?

  1. Can I cancel or change my order?

-    Any cancellation or change in the order will be accepted only if you e-mail us within 6 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier. In failing to do so, you will have to accept the order and our standard return policy will apply.
